Why, you might just as well say that 'I see what I eat' is the same thing as 'I eat what I see'!" – from Alice in Wonderland This book includes two of the most famous and successful novels by the English author Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. We see the fantasy world of a little upper-class girl named Alice who unconsciously turns all the social norms upside down in her sub-councious. Although these two novels seem as stories for children, the wit, humour and irony makes them difficult even for adults to read. A wonderful language, with countless metaphors, creates two of the most famous and delightful masterpieces known to us yet. The tales containing enormous symbolism play with logic and thus gives the story lasting popularity not only wit children but also adults. They are considered to be one of the very best example of the literary nonsense genre and the structure along with the characters and imagery have been enormously influential in works afterwards.
