"This indicment is not based on the objectivity, causality and rationality which constitute basic characteristics of the legal system. In addition, the most generous view of this indicment is to say that it exhibits the characteristics of a problem in perception. The indictment prepared regarding our party reflects a prejudiced approach which totally turns facts on their head and confuses values and concepts. More over, this indictment actually damages the values that it claims to protect. This indicment is not in any way based on actually occurring events. In fact it seems unconcerned with establishing any link between the indicment and any actal event. There is a serious gap between what the indicment purpots and actual facts - indeed this lack of connection is what the indictment itself confirms."
