The 21st century will be the century of information, technology and the intellectual properties. Therefore, the success of the companies will highly depend on their ability to create, and manage information, technology and intellectual properties. It is the human resources that use information; it is the human resource that develops technology; it is the human resource that creates trade related intellectual properties (TRIPS).
