In the book of City of Legends and Epics, Çanakkale published by Yapı Kredi Yayınları, Veysel Tolun takes readers on a journey around the city and its provincial districts, giving an informative account of all their main sights in one of two articles. In his second article he writes about the figurines in Çanakkale Archaeological Museum. Rüstem Aslan has contributed two articles, Being an Islander in Çanakkale and Troy: Story of a City from Myth to Archaeology. Göksel Sazcı gives accounts of the treasures of Troy and the Maydos Kilisetepe Settlement Mound. Nurettin Arslan has written about Assos, Cevat Başaran about Parion, Coşkun Özgünel about the Smintheion Sanctuary, Turan Takaoğlu about the prehistoric settlement at Smintheion and Davut Kaplan about the Roman bath at Smintheion. Musa Tombul has described the monumental tumuli of the region. Tahsin Aydoğmuş has taken the photographs that bring the city of Çanakkale to life.
