Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag is a remake of India's biggest hit, the 1975 film Sholay. This film was released on August 31, 2007. This film was previously known as Ram Gopal Varma Ke Sholay but due to Ram Gopal Varma's infringement of Sippy's trademark and copyright, the Delhi High Court ordered the name change (along with character names).[1] The film was one of the biggest flops in Indian cinema, lasting only two weeks in Indian theaters. It holds the 30th position on the IMDb's Bottom 100 list.
